We will present our information tomorrow night in class, and I am so excited. We have some great photos of the self defense class we are eager to share with everyone, as well as a few techniques we picked up. I hope everyone will find our information interesting and empowering.

All of us! I wore my heels to who how to use them as a weapon. Just those things unless you want to drop it like it's hot!! HA HA!
