We are so excited about our project! Not only is Self Defense such an important issues for women, but it is going to be a lot of fun. We have professional instructors who are going to teach us some basic techniques and they're bringing along the Redman suit!! So come join us Thursday, Nov. 20 at 6 p.m. in the SSC conference rooms. The event is FREE and open to the public as well, so bring along a friend.
