This past week my group and I have gotten a lot of work done. We have interviewed a few studenets and faculty @ G.S.W for our youtube.com video and Ashley has done a great job in being in charge of reviseing and editing the video (She is the best one with computers in our group). We have posted the flyers and at the same time completely finished our project besides presenting it to our class.
I must say I am very proud of the video have accomplished it should be quite interesting. This group project has went alot smoother than most group projects I have done in the past especially since I am an art student. Group projects just do not work with artists.
I am hoping a lot of people will watch, blog and enjoy our video!
I think the most interesting part about interviewing our peers at G.S.W. is alot of reactions about the idea of being on youtube dispite the fact that it is for a good cause. One professor in particular took it way out of proportion besdies the fact that she turned us down, saying she does not know what we would do with the video when we simply specified that it for a feminism project in a positive women's studies class. What a waste of our time...pointless and unnessisary!!! But on a positive and much more helpful note there was one woman who was apart of the staff at G.S.W that was very supportive and told us she very proud of what we had been doing.
What an experience!
