Our group would like to invite you to attend a domestic violence awareness meeting. There will be a special speaker, BarbaraDykes, present at the meeting. Barbara is the author of I Thought it Was Love and a victim of domestic violence. The meeting will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 7:30pm in room 203 in the english building.
There will be coffee & doughnuts available for all.
We hope all of you can make it to the meeting!

This goes along perfectly with our project! They can go to the informational lecture and then learn some techniques to defend themselves the next week at our Self Defense class!!
